摘要 目的提高妇科出院患者的遵医行为和对疾病相关知识的知晓率,形成一个延伸护理服务的健康教育网络.方法按照本院设计的电话咨询表,每个护士负责4~5张病床,患者住院时南该护士了解患者的身体恢复情况,患者出院2周内进行第1次电话回访及相应的健康宣教,2周后进行第2次回访,并分别记录.结果第2次电话回访时患者存在的问题比第1次电话回访时有所减少,经比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);患者对疾病基本知识的了解及自我保健意识,经第2次电话回访与第1次电话回访比较,有显著性差异,P<0.01.结论通过电话回访对患者实施健康教育,可提高出院患者的遵医行为,增强患者对于医学知识的了解,及改变不良的生活方式,保证了健康教育的有效实施. Objective To raise the medical compliance of discharged gynecologic patients and their understanding of relevant know-ledge of disease to establish a health education network for extending nursing service. Methods The nurses handed out a self-designed form for phone call consultation to the inpatients, each charging 4~5 patients, in order to understand their rehabilitative situations. Within 2 weeks after discharge, they were followed up by phone call consultation and received health education for the first time and after 2 weeks, for the second time, all recorded. Results The issues raised by the patients for the second time were fewer than for the first time and there was significant difference compared with each other (P<0.05). As for understanding of the disease knowledge and self health care, the comparison between the two times indicated significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusion Health education by phone call consultation can promote patient'medical compliance, enhance their understanding of medical knowledge and change their poor way of life and in turn ensure the effective enforcement of health education.
