摘要
随着经济的发展,各种社会问题不断涌现,留守儿童问题作为其中之一引起了社会各界的广泛关注。文章试图从法律的角度来剖析留守儿童问题,阐明了留守儿童问题的成因、留守儿童现象所凸现的法律问题以及解决留守儿童问题的法律对策,从而为留守儿童问题的解决提供一些有益的建议。
With the development of economy, there are increasing emigrating workers moving to urban area, causing a new social problem, for many of the parents leave their children at home in rural area.. This paper intends to analyze this case from the perspective of law, probing into the causes, the related legal issues and legal counter measures, so as to provide legal helps.
