摘要
目前,农村青少年犯罪中留守儿童占了相当的比例。留守儿童犯罪增多,除遵循青少年犯罪的共同缘由外,根本原因在于“留守综合症”作祟:在缺少父母关爱监护,社会的有效监护、关心和教育等情况下,留守儿童更多地暴露在不良社会环境中,使得原本薄弱的学校教育因为家庭教育的缺失而大打折扣,从而造成社会化过程扭曲。他们存在着较普遍的心理和性格方面的障碍,学业更容易受阻,行为也更容易越轨。预防农村留守儿童犯罪已成刻不容缓之事,我们应从建设和谐家庭入手,国家、社会、部门以及家庭齐抓共管,把留守儿童纳入有效的监管中,得到真正的关心、爱护与良好的教育。
The Remained Children in Country have a considerable proportion in the teenage crime in rural areas now. The increase of the criminality in remained children are caused essentially by the ＂syndrome of remaining＂, which means the lacks of the affection and wardship of parent, the absence of the effective guard, concern and education of society, thereby the remained children are exposed in the ill social conditions, as so as the limitation of scholastic and familial education, that results in the distortion of the socializational progress. They generally have obstacles in the psychology and characters, are more incident in the underachieve in study and the transgression in behaviors. To prevent the crime of Remained children in country, the construction of harmonious family should be started with, the state, society and relevant branchs should cooperate, so as to bring the Remained Children in a effective guard.
