摘要
导致欠发达地区高校毕业生就业难既有与发达地区高校存在的共性问题,也有一些因经济不发达引起的个性问题。破解毕业生就业难问题,欠发达地区高校应准确办学定位,主动适应地方经济社会发展对人才的需求,加强师资队伍建设,改善办学条件,提高人才培养质量,促进毕业生充分就业。
The problems for students from underdeveloped areas comes from both the common problems in china presently and from the individual sections of certain areas that are poor in economic development.To solve such problems, universities in the underdeveloped areas need to have an exact aim or position in their development of expertises,cottrses and strategy,actively adjust to the need of qualified personnel by the local economic development, reinfoce the construction of teaching faculties,improve the prerequisite of the universities, increase the qualities of bring up qualified personnels, and promote the students in such areas in full employment.
