基于区域分解法的纹理表面流体润滑分析——纹理分布模式的影响 被引量:13

摘要 将区域分解法应用于纹理表面的流体润滑计算中,使计算网格数和效率显著提高,为数值模拟表面纹理分布模式对油膜润滑影响提供了有效的计算方法.通过对平板轴承和阶梯轴承表面在多种纹理分布情况下流体动压润滑特性的计算分析,得到提高润滑油膜动压效应的纹理分布模式优化方案,对阶梯轴承表面纹理分布优化过程中3种典型模式进行了定性实验验证.结果表明,流体动压承载能力的计算预测结果与实验测试结果的规律基本吻合. Domain decomposition method was applied in the hydrodynamic lubrication analysis of textured surfaces.Numeric simulation indicated that the computable scale and calculating efficiency was improved remarkably comparing with conventional solution method. The optimal texture surface patterns of the plate bearing and the step bearing was found through a series of numerical analyses which include different types of texture distribution patterns. The experiment of representative patterns of step bearing was carried out. Experimental results indicated that the prediction of load-carrying capacities of laser textured step bearings accorded with experiment results.
