摘要
柔性制造技术是现代制造业广泛采用的一种先进的制造技术。实现生产柔性是引进柔性制造技术的根本目的。FMS(Flexiblemanufacturingsystem)是柔性制造技术应用的典型模式。本文从FMS柔性分析出发,结合一个已开发的实际系统FMS-500,介绍了在开发过程中有效实现FMS柔性的几项关键技术。
Flexible manufacturing system acted as an advanced manufacturing technology has been widely used in manufacturing industry. Its main aim is to enhance manufacturing flexibility. Flexible manufacturing system is a typical mode of application of flexible manufacturing technology. In this paper key technology for enhancing FMS flexibility in developing a practical automation system FMS 500 is presented.
