摘要
规则凹坑表面形貌在许多摩擦副中被采用 ,但目前为止仍缺乏理论指导。为了深入了解规则凹坑表面形貌对流体润滑影响的机理 ,首先给出了凹坑油膜压力的计算方案和公式 ;在流体润滑计算的基础上 ,提出了表面规则凹坑深度尺寸的优化方案 ;规则凹坑深度优化过程中 ,对凹坑其它尺寸及润滑计算的边界条件等因素的影响进行了详细讨论 ;最后 ,采用三销环实验方案 ,对激光加工不同尺寸规则凹坑表面进行了润滑实验 ,实验结果与理论计算结果比较表明 。
Regular concave surface profiles are adopted for many friction surfaces, but the surfaces are seldom studied using lubrication theory. The mechanism for how the oil lubrication is affected by the regular concave surface profiles is studied by analyzing the lubrication equations for a regular concave surface. The lubrication calculation is used to develop a scheme for regular depth optimization. The effects of other regular concave factors and the lubrication boundary conditions are also discussed. Different regular concave surface profiles manufactured by a laser processor were tested on three pin and ring testers. The theoretical results agree reasonably well with the tests.
