摘要
全面分析了湖南工程机械产业发展的已有成就和主要优势,深刻剖析了湖南工程机械产业面临的严峻形势,在此基础上提出了加快发展湖南工程机械制造产业的对策。作者认为,湖南工程机械产业的问题主要表现为产业集成度有限、国际竞争力不足、产业链松弛和核心竞争力尚待提高等4个方面,加快发展湖南工程机械制造产业应采取政府统筹调整行业产业结构、夯实产业竞争力基础、培植企业核心竞争力和加强高素质人才培养等有效措施。
The achievements and advantages of development of Hunan engineering machinery industry are discussed. Difficult situation is analyzed, then, countermeasures are pointed out. Four aspects leading to problems of Hunan engineering machinery industry. Solutions as regulating industry structute, strengthening industry competitive base and breeding business competitive ability as well as training high quality talents are demonstrated.
