摘要
湖南工程机械产业初步具备了产业集群的基本特征。本地结网、信息化、产业园区、区位名牌以及国际化发展对策有利于集群优势的取得,而产业群文化和创新环境等的建设又是这些基本对策得以实行的必要保证。
Hunan engineering machinery industry has possessed the fundamental features of cluster industry. The strate- gies of local net, information, industry parks, regional brand as well as intemational development are all beneficial to cluster advantages. The industry cluster culture and the construction of innovative enviromnent are necessary to carry out these strategies.
