摘要
西部大开发和“入世”对湖南经济意味着挑战与机遇并存 ,湖南要实现经济持续快速健康增长 ,必须正视三次产业结构水平低、产业结构趋同、主导产业缺乏竞争力等问题。通过调整产业结构 ,降低第一产业比重、提高第三产业和轻工业比重 ,有目的培育发展一批有优势、有潜力、市场需求收入弹性大的行业以达到产业结构升级、促进经济增长的目的。
West campaign and china's Entry into WTO mean challenge and opportunities to local economy. If Hunan wants to bring about a health and consistent economic growth. It has to face such problems as low-level triple industrial structure, similar industrial structure, incompetent leading industries and insufficient attention paid to the benefits of industrial distribution. The countermeasure is to achieve and unbalanced growth of some leading industries with competitive advantages and development potential. By means of local economic globalization and other development models, the low-profit problem of industrial distribution will be solved, thus achieving the upgrade of its industrial structure and the promotion of the economic growth.
