摘要
教学质量是高校生存与发展的根本。文章首先剖析了教学质量的内涵以及影响教学质量的关键因素;然后对目前我国高等教育现状进行了分析,指出扩招后的负面效应以及师资短缺问题是造成教学质量下降的主要原因;最后针对我国目前高等教育现状和问题,提出了提高我国高校教学质量的若干对策。
Teaching quality plays an essential role in the existence and development of colleges and universities. Firstly, the connotation of teaching quality and the critical factors influencing teaching quality has been analyzed. Further, the author discusses the current situation of our higher education and points out the negative effect of enrollment expansion and shortage of teachers are the main reasonsthat have caused the drop of teaching quality. Finally, in terms of the current situation and problems in higher education of our country, the author puts forward several suggestions to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities of our country.
