摘要
研究了用醋酸铜氧化法制备康偶酰,讨论了康料配比、水的用量、温度、时间等因素对反应的影响,对康偶酰制备的工艺参数进行优化,收率达到97.2%,均超过了传统方法,且简化了工艺,缩短了反应时间,易于工业化生产。
The process of using cupric acetate to pre -α, α'- Furil is studied. Tempreture, time, quantity of water and cupric acetate are also obseverd for getting the optimal zeaction condition. A parameter design method is applied to select the optimum synthesis conditions. 97.2% yields superior to the conventional for pre - α, α'- Furil are obtained respectively. Besides, the process is simplified, the time shortened, and production industrialized easily.
