抗稻瘟病紫米921H的离体诱选 被引量:1

Breed on Purple Rice 921H Resistance to Rice Blast in Vitro

摘要 1992年用稻瘟病菌(Pyriculariagrisea)粗毒素掺入水稻花药培养基中在愈伤组织阶段进行抗性诱导,采用一穗单传选变异法,异地加代,1994年在DH群体四代中获得13份抗性较好的株系,其中紫米921H农艺性状优良且高抗稻瘟病。 Coarse toxin from pyricularia grisea were mixed with N 6-1 (add 2, 4-D 2 mg/l+6-BA 2 mg/l)media to induce blast resistance through rice anther culture at the callus-inducing period in 1992 We obtained 13 strains bearing good blast resistance at the F 4 of the double haploid(DH) population The purple rice 921 H reaches 7 500 kg/hm 2 with high blast resistance and good quality was finally developed in 1995
