摘要
利用诱致秧苗萎蔫、抑制胚芽生长、抑制胚根生长和抑制种子萌发等毒素生物测定方法都能有效地对稻瘟病菌粗毒素进行定量测定,而以后两种方法效果较佳。粗毒素制剂的不同pH值不同处理温度和时间以及处理前胚根的长度对抑制胚根生长法的定量测定结果都有影响。
Several methods were effective for quantitiative bioassay with the crude toxin produced by Pyricularia oryzae:(1) seedling wilting,(2) inhibition of embryo-bud growth,(3)inhibition of embryo-root growth,and (4)inhibition of seed germination.Among these methods,the last two were relatively better. Different pH values of the crude toxin,different incubating temperatures and hours,and different length of the embryo root prior to test made different influences on the results of the quantitative bioassay with the method of inhibition of embryo-foot growth.
