论作物改良的研究现状与发展策略

Discussion on Research Current Situation and Developmental Strategy of Crop Improvement

摘要 扼要分析了作物改良的成就、问题和原因;根据作物育种面临的新任务,论述了作物育种应用生物技术与常规途径相结合的研究策略,提出了现阶段应以细胞工程为重点,较为系统地阐明了研究细胞育种技术新体系的依据与内容。 In this paper, achievements,, problems and reasons of crop improvement were briefly analysed. According to the new task faced in crop breeding, the breeding research strategy combining the biotechnology with the traditional approach was discussed. This in turn suggested that the cell engineering should be streessd in the present stage, then the basis and its content of a new technological system for research cell breeding were systematically expounded.
