摘要
目的:为确定葛根的最佳采收期提供依据。方法:采用HPLC和UV法测定不同采收期葛根的异黄酮类成分含量,用逐步回归法分析了气候因子对活性成分积累的影响。结果:总黄酮及葛根素等异黄酮成分含量以1月最高,10至11月次之。日照时数和降水量与活性成分的积累有相关性。结论:野葛活性成分的积累主要受其植物内部自身生长发育规律的制约,外界因子有一定影响。最佳采收期为1月或10至11月。
Objective: To provide scientific basis for determining the best collecting time. Methods: Changes in 4 constiuents of the root of 'Gegen' (Pueraria lobata) were determined by means of UV and HPLC methods. Accumulating active constituents affected by climate factors were probed with stepwise regression analysis. Results: The contents of total flavonoid, puerarin, daidzin, and daidzein are higher in January, October and November. The sunshine time and precipitation are related to the accumulation of active constituents.Conclusion: The accumulated active constituents of Pueraria lobata are mainly controlled by its growth rules,and are somewhat influenced by some climate factors. The best collecting time should be in January, October or November.
