摘要
[目的]探讨超声-微波辅助技术提取葛根异黄酮的最佳工艺条件。[方法]以乙醇作为提取溶剂,句容葛根作为原料,通过采用超声-微波辅助技术进行提取,以异黄酮得率为指标,考察微波功率、提取时间、料液比等因素对提取效果的影响,确定最佳的提取工艺参数。[结果]超声-微波辅助技术提取葛根异黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间31.2 min,料液比1∶30 g/ml,微波功率98 W,超声功率50 W,在此条件下,葛根异黄酮得率为8.92%。[结论]超声-微波提取法不仅缩短了提取时间,而且提高了葛根异黄酮的得率,是一种适合葛根异黄酮的高效提取方法。
[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the optimum technology condition for the ultrasonic microwave assisted extraction of isoflavonoids from Radix Pueraria.[Method]With ethanol as the extracting solvent,Radix Pueraria from Jurong as raw materials,using ultrasonic microwave assisted extraction technology,with yield of isoflavonoids as index,microwave power,extracting time,solid-liquid ratio as factors,the optimum parameters were determined.[Result] The optimum technology condition for ultrasonic microwave assisted extraction of isoflavonoids from Radix Pueraria was as follows: the extraction time was 31.2 min,the material-liquid ratio was 1∶ 30(g / ml),microwave power was 98 W,ultrasonics power was 50 W.Under the optimum conditions,the yield of isoflavonoids from Radix Pueraria was 8.92%.[Conclusion] The ultrasonic microwave assisted extraction could not only shorten the extraction time greatly,but also increase the yield of isoflavonoids from Radix Pueraria,which is a suitable method of efficient extraction of isoflavonoids from Radix Pueraria.
