摘要
为探讨半夏泻心汤及其类方不同配伍对正常大鼠胃蛋白酶活性的影响 ,采用均匀设计法对半夏泻心汤及其类方进行组方药量变化 ,以胃蛋白酶活性为药理学指标 。
To investigate the influence of Banxiaxiexin decoction and its analogus compatibility on pepsin activity in rats. 20 different combination of Banxiaxiexin decoction and its analogus according to the uniform design layout, pepsin activity in rats was determinated. Stepwise regression analysis was adopted to estimate the relationship between the pharmacological data and compatibility.
