摘要
学术责任是大学教师应尽的职责。大学教师需要对学生负责、对科学负责、对社会负责。目前大学教师队伍中存在着忽视人才培养、违背学术道德、缺乏社会责任等不良现象,对此,需要通过培养独立人格、遵守学术规范、加大监管力度等措施把大学教师的学术责任落到实处。
Academic responsibility is teachers＇ bounden duty. University teachers should hold responsibility to students, science and society. However, there are unhealthy phenomena among university teachers, which are neglecting teaching, violating science ethics and short of social duty. To strengthen the academic responsibility of the university teachers, we need to train independent personalities, observe science norm and strengthen management.
