摘要
本文认为撒拉族人口文化素质状况落后的根本原因是教育意识落后,由此提出要发展撒拉族的教育,实现人口现代化,必须树立教育优先意识、解决女童教育、扫除青壮年文盲、力遏新生文盲的出现。
In the view of the article,lag of salar`s population culture is resulted from lag of educate consciousness.Will develop it’s education,must build up education consciousness,resolve girl education,sweep out young illiteracy and strongly restrain new illiteracy.
