摘要
战略人力资源管理是嵌入企业组织的系统化管理,其核心是为企业带来持续的竞争优势。运用资源基础理论探讨了知识资源、企业能力和战略人力资源管理三者之间的关系,指出战略人力资源管理对企业竞争优势的作用表现为,通过有效的知识管理促使智力资本为载体的知识资源不断向核心能力转化。
Strategic human resource management (SHRM) is a systematization management embedding in organization which will bring sustainable competitive advantage for company. Applying resource-based view (RBV), this paper analyses the relationship between knowledge resources, company competence and human capital. It suggests that the effect of SHRM for company competitive advantage comes from transferring knowledge resource based on intellectual capital into core competence by effective knowledge management.
