摘要
目的:观察中药多动宁胶囊结合西药治疗儿童多动症的临床疗效。方法:将72例儿童多动症患者随机分为两组,对照组18例应用西药利他林治疗,治疗组54例在对照组基础上应用多动宁胶囊治疗,疗程为3个月。结果:治疗组54例,显效39例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率94.4%;对照组18例,显效10例,有效4例,无效4例,总有效率77.8%。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:多动宁胶囊结合西药治疗儿童多动症,疗效高,毒副作用小,值得临床推广应用。
Objective.To observe the clinical effect of Duodongning（stop attention deficient disorder） Capsule plus western medicine on attention deficient disorder. Methods：The 72 cases were randomized into two groups. The 18 cases in control group was given western medicine Ritalin（methylphenidate） and the 54 cases in treatment group given Duodongning Capsule and Ritalin for treatment. Three months were as one course. Results： In the treatment group, 39 cases were remarkably effective, 12 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.4 %. In the control group, 10 cases were remarkably effecvive,4 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.8%. The difference between was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Duodongning Capsule plus western medicine is highly effective in treating attention deficient disorder and side effect is low,worth spreading.
