摘要
目的:观察"泻心宁神汤"治疗儿童多动症心肝火旺型的临床疗效。方法:将120例患儿随机分中药治疗组90例、西医对照组30例。中药治疗组以泻心宁神汤加减治疗。西药对照组以利他林治疗。结果:中药组的总有效率为96.67%,西药组的总有效率为90%,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05);中药及西药组治疗前后多动指数均有明显差异(P<0.05);两组之间无明显差异(P>0.05);中医证候疗效方面:中药治疗组有效率96.67%,西药对照组有效率83.33%,两组统计学分析有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:泻心宁神汤可明显改善儿童多动症心肝火旺型中医证侯,为治疗儿童多动症的有效方剂。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Qinggan Xiehuo Decoction in the treatment of children with ADHD of the heat in heart and liver syndrome. Methods ：60 patients were randomly assigned to a treatment group （30 cases）, Western medi- cine control group （30 patients）. The treatment group was given Qinggan Xiehuo Decoction. The control group was treated with Ritalin. The treatment lasted eight weeks. Hyperactivity index and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were compared. Results ：The total effective rate was 95.56% in the treatment group, and it was 90% in the Western medicine group. There was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Hyperactivity index ： before and after the treatment, traditional Chinese medicine and westernmedicine group were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 05） but between the two groups was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）. Effi- cacy of TCM symptoms：TCM treatment groupg efficiency was 95.56% ,Western medicine groupg efficiency was 83.33% ,with a statistically significant analysis of significant differences （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Qinggan Xiehuo Decoction can significantly im- prove the heat in the heart and liver syndrome of children with ADHD. It is effective in treating children with ADHD.
