摘要
目的:验证肺炎合剂中西医结合治疗对小儿肺炎的疗效。方法:将中西医结合治疗与单纯西药治疗对照比较。结果:中西医结合治疗组总有效率明显优于西药对照组(P<0.05),其各种症状、体征及体温消退的平均天数明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎合剂结合西药治疗小儿肺炎是临床上有效的治疗方法。
Objective： To verify curative effect of the pneumonia mixture as a adjuvant treatment when combined with western medicine. Methods： Curative effect of western medicine was compared with that of combined administration of western medicine and pneumonia mixture. Results： The total efficiency of the combination group was superior to that of the western medicine group （P 〈 0.05）and the average disappearing time of various body symptoms and high temperature is apparently different from that of western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： The combination of the pneumonia mixture and the western medicine is an effective method to cure infant pneumonia.
