以多种市政项目为例,结合长期工作实践,阐述了投资估算的作用和意义,分析了市政项目的组成和计价特点,探讨了如何提高投资估算的科学性、合理性、准确性。
Taking various municipal works projects as the examples, and connecting with long-time working practice, this paper expounds the functions and significance of the investment estimation, analyzes the components of the municipal construction project and its pricing features, and probes into how to increase the scientificalness, rationality and accuracy of the investment estimation.
