浅析了限额设计的含义和意义,对如何开展限额设计和完善设计体制提出了合理化建议,并指出限额设计必须贯穿于设计的各个环节。
This paper analyzes the meanings and significance of the design within quota, puts forward some rational suggestions on how to make the design within quota and perfect the design system, and points out that the design within quota must penetrate each link of the design.
