摘要
通过在同一计算口径及标准上对黑龙江省和云南省各自的土建定额子目的单价进行测算对比,得出黑龙江定额应在整体上略低于云南定额。但由于南北方地域等情况的差异,依据工程实际资料经测算与验证,得出土建工程的造价指标为北方黑龙江比南方云南平均增加约30%～50%左右,对比测算的差异数据为云南到黑龙江或者东北地区进行工业厂房的工程建设提供了设计的基础依据及初步设计概算的土建工程造价指标,作为概算评审与投资决策的依据。
Through calculating the unit price of respective civil engineering quota in Heilon^iang and Yunnan on the same basis and standard, it is concluded that the quota in Heilongjiang should be slightly lower than the one in Yunnan as a whole. Due to difference of north and south area, based on calculation and verification for actual project data, the cost index of civil engineering works in Heilongjiang has average increase of about 30% to 50% compared with Yunnan. This comparable different data can provide with the design basis and civil engineering cost index of preliminary design project estimate for Yunnan to carry out the factory construction in Heilongjiang and northeast area, which can be used as the reference of estimate evaluation and investment decisionmaking.
