摘要
规律具有其特有的范式,即对立的逻辑性质和对偶的表达形式,这是由规律揭示事物运动的矛盾的固有功能所决定的。人类的实践活动不仅存在着正效应和负效应、有效质和无效质的矛盾运动,而且还存在着有效质的聚合与消散的矛盾运动,其中蕴涵着的实践有效质的聚合消散统一律也是不可忽略的实践规律,实践有效质的聚合消散统一律揭示了实践持续发展的机理和路径。
Laws have their distinctive patterns, namely the character of the opposed logic and the paired dialectical form, which are determined by the inherent function of laws to reveal the contradictions in objects＂ motion. The practical activities of human beings do not only contain the contradictory movement between the positive effect and negative effect, effective quality and ineffective quality; but the contradictory movement of combination and dissipation of effective quality as well. The law of unity of the effective combination and dissipation in practice is also a practical law deserves our focus, because it demonstrates the mechanism and path for sustainable development of practice.
