摘要
双孢蘑菇堆肥发酵是双孢蘑菇发展的关键环节,堆肥发酵水平决定了双孢蘑菇生产水平。对当前国内外双孢蘑菇堆肥发酵现状进行综述,并指出其优缺点,以期对改善我国双孢蘑菇堆肥发酵模式有所帮助。
Agaricus bisporus composting fermentation is the key to its development, the level of composting fermentation decided production levels of it. This paper reviewed the current domestic and international Agaricus bisporus composting fermentation, and lheir advanlages and disadvantages, in order to help the others to improve our Agaricus bisporus composting fermentation patterns.
