摘要
青海省互助县地处西北高原 ,气候冷凉干燥 ,在当地农业史上从未有过蘑菇生产。随着西部开发战略的实施 ,互助县利用当地丰富的麦秸和牛粪资源 ,发展蘑菇生产获得成功。在简易菇棚内栽培 ,4～ 10月份为出菇适宜期 ,鲜菇平均产率约 8kg/m2 。
Huzhu County of Qinghai Province locates at the high plateau in the northwest of China.There the climate is cold and dry and has been no the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus in its agriculture history.Along with the strategic of northwest exploitation has been bring into effect,the culture of A.bisporus was succeed in this Northwest of China.The production ratio of fresh mushroom is 8 kg/m^2.
