摘要
根据物料恒算原理,采用分光光度法研究了37℃下牛血清蛋白(BSA)在γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)与甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(HEMA)及N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)共聚物水凝胶膜上的等温吸附作用.结果表明,BSA的吸附量随溶液浓度增大而增大,为匀速吸附过程,其后期吸附速度受BSA向含硅水凝胶本体扩散的速度控制,低于前期吸附速度;BSA的吸附量在pH值为4.5附近为最大,酸性或碱性过大均导致吸附量下降;溶液中离子产生的“盐效应”、凝胶中NVP或者KH 570组分的增加有利于BSA的吸附.
Adsorption of BSA on copolymer hydrogel membrane of N-vinylpyrrolidone (NVP), hydroxyethylmethacrylate(HEMA) and KH 570 was studied at 37 ℃ by spectrophotometer. The results showed that the adsorption quantity increased as the concentration of BSA and NaCl in the solution increased. The adsorption rate was some constant at earlier stage and decreased when time was over 12 h. The maximum adsorption reached when the pH value of the solution was about 4.5, and higher or lower pH will result in decreased adsorption amount. Increasing of the content of NVP or KH 570 in the copolymer hydrogel leads to increasing of the adsorption quantity of BSA.
