摘要
详细综述了凝胶(gel)干燥的物理过程,分析了凝胶干燥的各个阶段中流体传递的机理、固体骨架收缩的推动力及凝胶开裂的原因.
The physical process of drying gels was reviewed in detail. The mechanisms responsible for transport of liquid during every stages of drying, the causes of cracking and the forces that produce shrinkage were analysed. The work of improving drying process which had been done by predecessors was also summarized, with emphasis on the improvements in the last few years.
