摘要
以硅钨杂多酸为催化剂,以异戊醇和己酸为原料合成己酸异戊酯。探讨并找到了反应最佳条件为:醇酸物质的量比为1.6∶1,反应时间为2h,催化剂用量0.8g,带水剂(环己烷)7.5mL。在此条件下,己酸异戊酯收率98.8%。
Isoamyl hexanoate was synthesized using isoamyl alcohol and hexanoic acid catalyzed by Heteropolyacid. The optimium reation condition in synthesis of Isoamyl hexanoate catalyzed with Heteropolyacid were determined: alcohol/acid molar ratio 1.6:1, reaction time 2 h, the amount of catalyst 0.8 g, the taking water reagent(cyclohexane) 7.5 mL. Under this conditions, the yieid of Isoamyl hexanoate was up to 98.8%.
