摘要
研究了以固体超强酸 Ti O2 / SO2 - 4 为催化剂 ,己酸和异戊醇为原料合成己酸异戊酯 ,并考察了影响反应的因素 .结果表明 ,醇酸比为 1 .8∶ 1 ,催化剂用量为 2 .0 g,带水剂甲苯为 1 5m L,反应时间为 2 .0 h,反应温度 1 1 0~1 4 0℃是最适宜的反应条件 ,酯化率达 97.8% .
The synthesis of isoamyl hexanoate with isoamyl alcohol and hexanic acid as reactants and solid superacid TiO 2/SO 2- 4 as catalyst has been studied.The influent factors of reaction were investigated.The results show that the appropriate conditions should be:weight of catalyst is 2.0g,molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to hexanic acid is 1.8∶1,the taking water reagent(Toluene)is 15mL(when hexanic acid is 0.2mol),reaction temperature is 110~140℃,reaction time is 2.0h.The yield of isoamyl hexanoate is about 97.8%.
