摘要
目的回顾性调查分析住院老年人疾病发生规律和病谱趋势演变。方法统计分析我院三年来7456例60岁以上老年人出院病案资料。结果肿瘤、循环系统疾病、消化系统疾病分居老年住院患者疾病构成的前三位;住院老年患者的年龄主要分布在60～74岁;肿瘤、循环系统疾病、损伤中毒是住院老年患者的主要死因。结论加强老年人疾病的预防、救治和研究,合理地配置卫生资源,有利于降低老年疾病发病率、提高老年人口生命质量、增加老年人口寿命期望值。
Study the disease occurrence rule and devoloping direction, in elder patients retrospectively. Method Statistical analysis were carried out on 7456 cases of elder patients（ ≥60 years old） in recent three years. Results The constitutive ratios of front 3 diseases were tumor,cardiovascular disease and digestive diseases. The main age distributeing were 60-74 years old. The main death causes of elder patients were tumor, cardiovascular disease and digestive diseases. Conclusion Improving to prevent, cure and study about elder disease, distrubuting medical wealth reasonably will benefit to reduce elder morbidity and increase elder life quality.
