摘要
目的探讨老年患者住院疾病的发生及一些相关情况和特点。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至12月份我院收治的4601例(年龄≥60岁)老年患者年龄、疾病构成、死因构成等临床资料。结果老年患者疾病构成前十位系统疾病总数占老年住院患者总数的87.8%。死亡总数占40.9%。60岁组发病率最高,80岁以上组占的比例较少,男性发病率多于女性,男:女=1.56:1。结论老年患者是一个特殊的群体,了解这些特点将有利于日益提高的老年健康水平和生命质量。
Objective To investigate the occurrence,characters of the diseases and related conditions in elders. Methods Retrospective study is carried out on 4601 in. patients(≥60 years old)from the January to December in 2003,including the ages of the patients,the kinds of their diseases and the cause of death. Result The total number related to the preceding ten body systems are account for 87.8%; the mortality is account for 40.9%; the top morbidity rate happens in the group of 60 years old(from 60 to 69 years old)The morbidity in male is more than that in female; the men-women ratio is 1.56:1. Conclusion The old in-patients are a special colony, knowing about the characteristic of old in-patients wilI benefit to the people elderly.
