摘要
合成的β-乙酰吡啶缩氨基硫脲(HL)的铜、锌、钴、镍、铁、锰、离子的22个配合物,测试了它们与配体对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、黑曲霉、青霉5种菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,配体及配合物对受试菌均有抑制作用,但各种配合物的抑菌活性均显著高于自由配体,对5种菌分别提高了160~10246倍、80~5113倍、40~5113倍、40~5123倍。
Twenty tow compleses of β acetylpyridine thiosemicarbazone(HL) with Cu Zn Co Ni Fe Mn ions were synthesized.The antibacterial activities of the ligand and twenty two complexes to Staphy lococcas aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Aspergillus niger,Penicillium notatum were tested.The results showed that the ligand and all the complexes were resistant to five bacteria.But all the complexes had higher antibacterial activities than the ligand.The increments were 160~10 246 multiples,80~5 113 multiples,40~5 113 multiples,40~5 123 multiples,40~5 123 multiples,respectively,as compared with the free ligand.
