摘要
合成并表征了苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲和3-硝基苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲与Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)的9个配合物,并用体外试管法测试了配体和配合物的抗癌活性.结果表明,配体HL1和HL2是通过亚氨基N原子和S原子与过渡金属离子形成配合物,这些配合物的抗癌活性均强于配体,Zn(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)配合物对腹水癌细胞的杀死率均为100%
Nine complexes of benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone(HL 1) and 3 nitrobenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone(HL 2) with Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ) were synthesized and characterized.The anti cancer activities of ligands and complexes were investigated on cancer cell(ascites cancer) in vitro. The results reveal that the transition metal ions are coordinated with HL 1 and HL 2 through the imide N atom and thiocarbonyl S atom to form chelates.All the complexes exhibit the higher antitumor activities as compared with the ligands.For the complexes of copper(Ⅱ) and zinc(Ⅱ) ,the death ratio of cancer cell is 100%.
