摘要
目的探讨IPS-Empress 2全瓷冠桥在前牙美容修复中的临床效果。方法用美国公共健康协会的修正标准对45颗全瓷冠桥进行观察评价。结果45颗全瓷冠桥修复体经6、12个月追踪观察,修复体折裂1例,颜色不协调1例,成功率为95.56%。结论IPS-Empress 2全瓷冠桥在前牙美容修复中的近期效果满意,是一种较好的全瓷修复材料。
Objective To study the clinical results of IPS-Empress 2 all ceramic crown on the anterior teeth.Methods To evaluate the clinical effects of 45 all ceramic crowns and bridges of the anterior teeth on fitness,colour,shape and strengh.Results In 6-12 months after restoration,the result shows that 43 crowns and bridges were successful,one fractured,one showed inconsistent colour,the successful rate was 95.56%.Conclusion IPS-Empress 2 all ceramic crown and bridge is satisfying for the anterior teeth restoration.
