摘要 提高全瓷修复体与牙体的黏接强度是全瓷修复成功与否的重要因素之一。使用不同的表面处理方法及黏接剂会直接影响全瓷修复体的黏接强度。目前全瓷修复的黏接剂及表面处理技术仍在不断探索改进之中,以期进一步提高临床黏接效果。本文对全瓷黏接剂的种类及陶瓷黏接面的机械处理、偶联剂和表面改性处理的使用等作一综述。
