摘要
目的评价铸瓷贴面修复上前牙5年后的临床效果。方法对176例患者的错列、变色、前牙间隙、釉质发育不全、牙体缺损等上前牙,用764个铸瓷贴面进行修复,于粘接后2周、6个月、1年、2年、3年和5年复查,对患者满意度、脱落、折裂、边缘、颜色配及牙龈健康情况等进行评价。结果临床调查结果显示,98%以上的瓷贴面具有良好的边缘适合性及牙龈健康,色泽稳定,无继发龋、只有少量发生问题。边缘变色及明显的颜色不协调。术后36.3%的牙齿曾发生牙本质过敏症状,但持续时间极短。结论铸瓷贴面前牙美容修复是可靠的方法,且具有良好的美观效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of IPS-Empress ceramic veneer in a five-year follow- up study. Methods IPS-Empress ceramic veneer was applied in 764 teeth of 176 patients. Variolink II was the luting material for veneer adhesive. The patients were recalled for evaluation postoperatively, at regular intervals of 2 week, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years and 5 years,respectively. The factors of evaluation included the veneer debond and fracture,the marginal situation, the gingival health,the satisfaction, etc. Results More than 98% veneers were found to be intact and had acceptable marginal adaptation. The color of the veneer was stable. Conclusion IPS-Empress II ceramic veneer cosmetology to repair anterior teeth is reliable and ideal in aesthetic dentistry.
