一种测定中药抗氧化活性的新方法

摘要 通过氧化还原反应检测中药的抗氧化活性,建立了一种测定中药抗氧化活性的新方法(BCS法)。以中药提取液还原Cu2+为Cu+,加入螯合剂BCS与Cu+螯合生成在483 nm有特征吸收峰的有色物质,采用Trolox作为标准物质,随着其含量的增加,反应体系的吸光度呈线性增加。结果表明,BCS法是检测中药抗氧化活性的简便方法。 Based on oxidation-reduction reaction, a novel BCS method was established for determination of antioxidant capacity of Chinese herb. The Cu^+ generated from reduction of Cu^2+ by extracts of Chinese herb, was chelated with BCS to form a coloured substance whose maximum absorption peak was 483 nm. The Trolox was chosen as standard material and the absorbance of the reaction system increased linearly with its content. The results showed that the BCS method was simple and rapid for determination of antioxidant capacity of Chinese herb.
