摘要
铜离子是中药中的一种常见微量元素,也是一种人体必需的微量元素。铜离子具有很强的配位能力,能与内酯类、醌类、黄酮类、生物碱等多种类型的天然产物形成配合物。且大多数生成的配合物具有比原天然产物更强的抗肿瘤、抗菌或抗氧化等生物活性。对天然产物与铜离子所形成的各种类型配合物的化学结构和生物活性进行综述。
Objective：Copper ion is a common trace element in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is also an essential element in human body.Copper ion possesses strong coordination ability.It can form complexes with various types of natural products,such as lactones,quinones,flavonoids,alkaloids etc.Most of the complexes showed better anti-tumor,antibacterial or antioxidant activities than the parent natural products.In this review,we have reviewed the chemical structures and biological activities of various types of copper complex of natural products.
