摘要
对超声波提取决明子中蒽醌类化合物的工艺条件进行了探讨,研究了料液比、乙醇浓度、浸泡时间和超声波提取时间等对蒽醌类成分提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:料液比为0.005g/mL,用体积分数80%的乙醇溶液浸泡决明子3h,在400W的超声功率下提取80min后, 总蒽醌和游离蒽醌的提取率可达质量百分数0.596%和0.181%;其提取率明显比加热回流法和水煎煮法要高。
Extraction techniques for anthraquinone from Cassia obtusifolia L. by ultrasonic waves were studied. Effects of processing parameters were mainly discussed, such as the ratio, concentration of alcohol, soaking time and ultrasonic extracting time. The results of orthogonal experiments show that the ratio of Cassia obtusifolia L. and liquor at 0.005g/mL, pre-soaking for 3h in 80% (v/v) alcohol, then extracting the Cassia obtusifolia L. by ultrasonic waves for 80min under the power of 400W, the extraction yield of total anthraquinone and free anthraquinone respectively achieved 0.596% and 0.181%, which are apparently higher than the figures obtained by heating under reflux and the boiling out.
