摘要
采用旋转转子法,测量研究了不同垂直磁场条件下,不同温度时锗熔体的磁粘度。结果表明,随着磁场强度的增加,锗熔体的粘度降低了,而且粘度的降低和磁场强度不呈单调关系。用“磁场直拉硅原理的微观解释”,可以较好地解释垂直磁场中锗熔体粘度的降低现象。
The axial magnetic field had been introduced in the melt Germanium, and the viscosity of the melt germanium had been measured by the rotational method, with the varjous intensity of the magnetic field and variois temperature. The result showed, the viscosity of the melt germanium is lower than ususal. We had analyzed the interaction principle for melt and magnetic field.
