一种光致荧光材料的制备方法及其光谱特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用碳还原法合成SrS:Eu,Sm,研究了灼烧温度及灼烧时间对样品发光性能的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)测试证明合成材料纯度较高,样品具有SrS的面心立方结构,晶格常数为0.601nm。样品的激发谱峰值在272、340、466nm处,荧光光谱的峰值在614nm处,光激励发光峰为608nm,光激励发光的光谱响应范围为800-1400nm。 SrS:Eu,Sm was prepared by carbon reduction method. The effect of calcination temperature and time on luminescence intensity were studied. XRD patterns indicated that the synthetically materials have single phase and the samples prepared were with face-center cubic structure and the lattice parameter was 0.601nm. Excitation spectrum peaking of sample was at 272, 340 and 466nm. The peaking of fluorescence spectrum was at 603nm. The photo-stimulation luminescence spectrum peaking was at 608nm. The wavelength response range of the photo-stimulation luminescence is located at 800-1400nm.
