摘要
在单掺稀土离子Ce3+的CaS中,紫外辐照后,在近红外光激励下,观察到较强的可见发光.这是由处于不同格位的Ce离子间的电子转移引起的.本文报道了有关的光谱特性和电子俘获机制.
Under infrared optically stimulated the strong visible luminescence was observed in CaS singly doped with Ce after exposed to ultraviolet light. It results from the electron transfer between Ce ions at different sites. In this paper the optical spectral properties and electron-trapping mechanism .of CaS:Ce were reported.
