摘要
目的:探讨维生素E(VE)对大白鼠寒冷的保护作用。方法:采用放射免疫分析法测定不同低温下大白鼠补充VE后血浆中环核苷酸含量,经方差分析和q检验。结果:单纯冷暴露组大白鼠血浆中环核苷酸含量随温度下降而持续增高,冷暴露同时饲喂VE组,大白鼠血浆中CAMP含量与室温对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:VE可通过影响冷暴露大白鼠体内环核苷酸代谢,以促进机体对寒冷的适应,提高机体的耐寒力。
Objective:To discuss the mechanism of Vitamin E on enhancement of anti cold ability in rats.Methods:Supplied the rats with vitamin E,and then measured the plasma contents of cyclic nucleotide in at different low temperatures with radioimmunoassay.The data were analyed with variance and Q test.Results:The plasma content of cAMP in rats without Vitamin E supply increased continuously with the diciease in body temperature after exposing to cold.The change in plasma content of cAMP were not significant between the rats supply with Vitemin E and exposing to cold and the control rat kept in room temperature with vitamin E supply.Conclusions:Vitamin E can enhance the adaptability of rats in cold weather and increase its' anti cold ability by influencing the metabolism of cAMP.
