摘要
采用放射免疫分析法测定0~2℃下大鼠补充维生素E后血及肝脏组织中环核苷酸含量,探讨维生素E提高机体耐寒力的机理。结果表明:单纯冷暴露组大鼠血及肝脏组织中环核苷酸含量持续增高;冷暴露同时给维生素E组大鼠体内环核苷酸含量与对照组相比增高不明显,提示:维生素E可通过影响冷暴露大鼠体内环核苷酸代谢,以促进机体对寒冷的适应,提高机体的耐寒力。
n order to investigate the mechanism of the increment in anti-cold abi-lity of vitamin E,radioimmunoassay was used to measure the contents of cyclic nucleotide in plasma and liver of rats supplemented with vitamin Eafter cold exposure(0-2℃).The results showed that cyclic nucleoti-de contents markedly increased in cold exposed rats.Vitamin E supplemen-tation could make the contents of cAMP close to the levels of control gruup but not cGMP. It was suggested that VE could enhance the ability to adapt to cold by influencing the metabolism of cyclic neucleotide.
