HG复锁式假体行无骨水泥全髋置换术 被引量：1

摘要 9例HG复锁式假体行THR-CL近期疗效，经平均1年随访，全部病例髋关节功能均达优良标准。有2例Dorr比值在0．51～0．75之间，股骨近段形态属B型者，弃拐后有轻度股区痛，半年后消失。全部病例髋臼和股骨头假体各区均未见X线硬化和＞1mm宽的X线透射带，也未见假体下沉或内翻移位，在股骨头假体的微孔-骨界面（1、7区）可见骨锚固征。表明HG复锁式假体疗效满意，认为此与假体设计和制造提供了有利于生物学固定的初始固定、微孔表面和假体刚度有关。
